Jim Elkins provides career planning consultation to In Her Presence. He is a Certified Career Counselor; operates Career Planning Services, a private practice in career planning; and has held career planning, counseling, and administrative positions in higher education, government, and public schools. He holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees. Jim serves on the Thrive2027 Council, the Board of Avesta Housing, and formerly was on the boards of the United Way of Greater Portland and the Portland Regional Chamber of Commerce.
