Kathryn Elkins provides program consultation to In Her Presence. She has both a Master’s degree and a Certificate of Advanced Studies in educational administration and is currently an Educational Consultant with the Maine Department of Education. She has over 40 years of experience in teaching, curriculum coordination, grant writing, professional development, and leadership coaching.
